Dr. Balchandani provides care for all of these geriatric needs with full comprehensive restorative dentistry services options. We rarely refer patients to other practices as our efficient, compassionate and experienced dental team is equipped to deal with geriatric patients with utmost comfort and ease. If you use a wheelchair, our parking lot, office, restrooms and wide spaced operatories are fully wheelchair accessible. You may stay in your wheelchair while receiving most of your dental treatments if transferring to the dental chair is difficult or not an option. Dr. Balchandani can provide optimal dental care to patients with chronic diseases such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, dementia, bipolar disorder ,Schizophrenia, stroke victims, paraplegics, and quadriplegics of any age and every patient who comes into our office is treated with the same level of dignity and respect regardless of their physical limitations.
We can treat special needs patients with or without conscious sedation and nitrous (laughing gas).
Dr Balchandani also accepts cases that many dentists are not comfortable handling, including children with Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, ADHD, and autism. We make every effort to make your dental visit a comfortably, easy and an enjoyable experience.
